Sky Dancer by Gill Lewis

Reviewed by Isla McEwen, Stafford.

Sky Dancer is a heart-warming story about a boy who has to make a decision: your roots or your guts.  This is an excellent book that relates to many people and holds a message that something’s don’t always go the way you plan.

I believe 9-12 year olds would show interest towards this book because the book is descriptive and has a clear story line, which is packed full of twists and turns.

I would rate this book 9 out of 10.  If the writer could improve upon one thing, it would be to hook the reader from the very start.  I would definitely read a sequel to this book, as it left me wanting more.
